Article R365-5 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The Council of Ministers of French Polynesia shall deliver the opinion provided for in Article L. 312-2 within one month of the matter being referred to it by the High Commissioner of the Republic. This time limit is fifteen days in an emergency, at the request of the High Commissioner. This opinion is deemed to have been issued if it is not given within this period.

Le conseil des ministres de la Polynésie française rend l’avis prévu par l’article L. 312-2 dans le délai d’un mois à compter de sa saisine par le haut-commissaire de la République. Ce délai est de quinze jours en cas d’urgence, à la demande du haut-commissaire. Cet avis est réputé émis s’il n’a pas été rendu dans ce délai.
