Article R3821-13 of the French Public Health Code

Chapters I bis, II, III and IV of Title III of Book I of this Part, in the wording resulting from Decree no. 2021-453 of 16 April 2021 postponing the end of the application of Decree no. 2020-610 of 22 May 2020 taken for the application of Article L. 3131-17 of the Public Health Code, subject to the following adaptations:

1° References to the département are replaced by references to the Wallis and Futuna Islands;

2° The powers entrusted to the Regional Health Agency and its Director are exercised by the Wallis and Futuna Health Agency or its Director.

are applicable in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands.

Les chapitres Ier bis, II, III et IV du titre III du livre Ier de la présente partie, dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2021-453 du 16 avril 2021 reportant la fin de l’application du décret n° 2020-610 du 22 mai 2020 pris pour l’application de l’article L. 3131-17 du code de la santé publique sous réserve des adaptations suivantes :

1° Les références au département sont remplacées par la référence aux îles Wallis et Futuna ;

2° Les attributions confiées à l’agence régionale de santé et à son directeur sont exercées par l’agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna ou son directeur.
