Article R3821-3 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of Chapter V of Title I of Book I of this Part shall apply to Wallis and Futuna, subject to the adaptations provided for in this Chapter and with the exception of articles R. 3115-16, R. 3115-17, R. 3115-20-1 and R. 3115-65.

Articles R. 3115-3, R. 3115-3-1, R. 3115-4, R. 3115-5, R. 3115-15-1, R. 3115-26, R. 3115-30, R. 3115-31, R. 3115-32, R. 3115-33, R. 3115-34, R. 3115-36, R. 3115-38, R. 3115-39, R. 3115-40, R. 3115-41, R. 3115-43, R. 3115-45, R. 3115-46, R. 3115-47, R. 3115-52 and R. 3115-61 are applicable to Wallis and Futuna in the version resulting from Decree no. 2017-471 of 3 April 2017.

The first paragraph of Article R. 3115-11 and Article R. 3115-15-1 are applicable to Wallis and Futuna in the version resulting from Decree No. 2019-258 of 29 March 2019.

Le premier alinéa de l’article R. 3115-11 et l’article R. 3115-15-1 sont applicables à Wallis-et-Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2019-258 du 29 mars 2019.
