Article R3821-8 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article R. 3115-12 to Wallis and Futuna:

1° In the first paragraph of I, the words: “It is based on the general provisions of the departmental civil protection response organisation plan” are deleted;

2° In the third paragraph of II, the words: “and transport” are replaced by the words: “, transport and overseas departments”.

Pour l’application à Wallis-et-Futuna de l’article R. 3115-12 :

1° Au premier alinéa du I, les mots : ” Il s’appuie sur les dispositions générales du plan d’organisation de la réponse de sécurité civile départemental ” sont supprimés ;

2° Au troisième alinéa du II, les mots : ” et des transports ” sont remplacés par les mots : “, des transports et de l’outre-mer ”.
