Article R3822-2 of the French Public Health Code

For their application in Wallis and Futuna:

1° In II of Article R. 3511-1, the words: “of the European Union” are replaced by the words: “of the local authority”;

2° In 4° of Article R. 3512-2, the words: “as defined by Decree No. 96-1136 of 18 December 1996 laying down the safety requirements for collective play areas” are deleted;

3° In Article R. 3512-6, the words: “of the Labour Code” are replaced by the words: “of Law no. 52-1322 of 15 December 1952 instituting a Labour Code in the territories and associated territories under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Overseas France”;

4° In article R. 3512-8, the words: “in particular those of Title III of Book II of the Labour Code” are replaced by the words: “applicable to the collectivity”;

5° In Article R. 3513-6, the words: “, a natural or legal person responsible within the European Union and, where applicable, the importer into the Union” are deleted;

6° In articles R. 3515-5 and R. 3515-6, the words “in tobacco shops” are deleted.

Pour leur application à Wallis-et-Futuna :

1° Au II de l’article R. 3511-1, les mots : “ de l’Union européenne ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ de la collectivité ” ;

2° Au 4° de l’article R. 3512-2, les mots : “ telles que définies par le décret n° 96-1136 du 18 décembre 1996 fixant les prescriptions de sécurité relatives aux aires collectives de jeux ” sont supprimés ;

3° A l’article R. 3512-6, les mots : “ du code du travail ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ de la loi n° 52-1322 du 15 décembre 1952 instituant un code du travail dans les territoires et territoires associés relevant du ministère de la France d’outre-mer ” ;

4° A l’article R. 3512-8, les mots : “ notamment celles du titre III du livre II du code du travail ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ applicables à la collectivité ” ;

5° A l’article R. 3513-6, les mots : “, d’une personne physique ou morale responsable au sein de l’Union européenne et, le cas échéant, de l’importateur dans l’Union ” sont supprimés ;

6° Aux articles R. 3515-5 et R. 3515-6, les mots : “ dans les débits de tabac ” sont supprimés.
