Article R40-11 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The secretary of the committee shall notify the appellant, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within fifteen days of their submission, of the conclusions of the Public Prosecutor at the Court of Cassation and the conclusions of the person referred to in Article R. 40-9.

He communicates to this person the conclusions of the public prosecutor at the Cour de cassation.

Le secrétaire de la commission notifie à l’auteur du recours, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, dans le délai de quinze jours à compter de leur dépôt, les conclusions du procureur général près la Cour de cassation et les conclusions de la personne mentionnée à l’article R. 40-9.

Il communique à cette personne les conclusions du procureur général près la Cour de cassation.
