Article R40-20 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

If the commission awards an advance or compensation in an amount greater than that set by the decision of the first president of the court of appeal, its payment to the claimant is, notwithstanding the provisions of article R. 233, carried out by the Regional Director of Public Finances for Ile-de-France and the Paris department.

Si la commission accorde une provision ou une réparation d’un montant supérieur à celui fixé par la décision du premier président de la cour d’appel, son paiement au demandeur est, par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article R. 233, effectué par le directeur régional des finances publiques d’Ile-de-France et du département de Paris.
