The National Agency for Continuing Professional Development (ANDPC) referred to in Article L. 4021-6 is set up by means of an agreement between the State and the National Union of Health Insurance Funds, in the form of a public interest grouping governed by Articles 98 to 117 of Law No. 2011-525 of 17 May 2011 on simplifying and improving the quality of the law.
L’Agence nationale du développement professionnel continu (ANDPC) mentionnée à l’article L. 4021-6 est constituée par voie de convention entre l’Etat et l’Union nationale des caisses d’assurance maladie, sous la forme d’un groupement d’intérêt public régi par les articles 98 à 117 de la loi n° 2011-525 du 17 mai 2011 de simplification et d’amélioration de la qualité du droit.
