When a seat becomes vacant, it is replaced, for the remainder of the term of office, by the next-ranking candidate on the list to which the former member belonged.
When this list is exhausted, no replacement is made.
However, if at least half of the seats on the Board become vacant without it being possible to provide replacements, all of these seats shall be renewed by election, in accordance with the procedures set out in section 3 of this chapter. This renewal takes place for the remainder of the term of office.
The provisions of the preceding paragraph do not apply during the last year of the General Meeting’s term of office.
