Article R4031-26 of the French Public Health Code

The costs incurred by the elections, including those related to the technical services provided for this purpose by the State on their behalf, are borne by the unions according to a breakdown defined by order of the Minister responsible for health.

Expenses relating to technical services provided by the State are deducted from the sums mentioned in b of 1° of article R. 4031-45 and paid back to the State.

Les frais occasionnés par les élections, y compris ceux liés aux prestations techniques réalisées à cet effet par l’Etat pour leur compte, sont à la charge des unions selon une répartition définie par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

Les frais liés aux prestations techniques réalisées par l’Etat sont prélevés sur les sommes mentionnées au b du 1° de l’article R. 4031-45 et reversés à l’Etat.
