Voters voting electronically are identified by means of an identifier and a password sent to each voter in a way that guarantees confidentiality. The identifier and password are transmitted by two different means of communication.

The identifier and password are supplemented by an authentication protocol based on a question, the answer to which is known only to the voter and the Internet electronic voting system.

A detailed information leaflet on the electoral process and the authentication protocol, together with the identifier enabling participation in the ballot, are sent to each voter at least fifteen days before the first day of the ballot.

L’identification des électeurs votant par voie électronique est assurée au moyen d’un identifiant et d’un mot de passe transmis à chaque électeur suivant des modalités garantissant la confidentialité. L’identifiant et le mot de passe sont transmis au moyen de deux modes de communication de nature différente.

L’identifiant et le mot de passe sont complétés par un protocole d’authentification reposant sur une question dont la réponse n’est connue que du votant et du système de vote électronique par internet.

Une notice d’information détaillée sur le déroulement des opérations électorales et sur le protocole d’authentification, ainsi que l’identifiant permettant de participer au scrutin, sont envoyés à chaque électeur au moins quinze jours avant le premier jour du scrutin.
