Article R4031-34-4 of the French Public Health Code

After the close of the ballot, the members of the electronic voting panel open the electronic ballot box publicly by activating the keys referred to in article R. 4031-34-2. The ballot box may only be opened if at least four keys have been activated, each by the member of the electronic voting office to whom it was issued in accordance with the conditions set out in the same article.

The votes are counted by union and a secure printout is made for inclusion in the electronic voting record. The members of the electronic voting committee shall initial the minutes and submit them to the national commission.

In the event of a tie, the remaining seats are awarded to the oldest candidates.

As soon as the operations mentioned in the previous paragraphs have been completed, the results of the elections recorded by the electronic voting office are published, for each profession, by the Ministry of Health, on its website, on behalf of the office. This publication is deemed to be the proclamation of the results.

Après clôture du scrutin, les membres du bureau du vote électronique procèdent publiquement à l’ouverture de l’urne électronique en activant les clés mentionnées à l’article R. 4031-34-2. L’urne ne peut être ouverte que si quatre clés au moins sont actionnées, chacune par le membre du bureau du vote électronique auquel elle a été remise dans les conditions prévues au même article.

Le décompte des suffrages est réalisé par union et fait l’objet d’une édition sécurisée afin d’être porté au procès-verbal du vote par voie électronique. Les membres du bureau du vote électronique paraphent le procès-verbal puis le remettent à la commission nationale.

En cas d’égalité de voix, les sièges restants sont attribués aux candidats les plus âgés.

Dès l’achèvement des opérations mentionnées aux alinéas précédents, les résultats des élections constatés par le bureau du vote électronique sont publiés, pour chaque profession, par le ministère chargé de la santé, sur son site internet, pour le compte du bureau. Cette publication vaut proclamation des résultats.
