In the event of the annulment of the election of the members of a regional union or of one of the colleges making up the assembly of the regional union representing doctors, a special delegation responsible for the administration of the union shall be appointed by the director general of the regional health agency within fifteen days of the annulment. The Director General chooses the members of this delegation from among the electors of the regional union and, in the case of the regional union representing doctors, from among the colleges of electors.
The number of members making up the special delegation is set at three. It is increased to six when the number of members of the assembly of the union is equal to or greater than fifty.
The Special Delegation elects its Chairman. It may decide to elect a Vice-Chairman.
