Article R41-9 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

On expiry of the objection period, the chief clerk shall notify the accounting officer of the Directorate-General of Public Finance of the objections received and of the cancellation of the corresponding extracts.

In the event of opposition, the chief clerk shall notify the public prosecutor without delay.

A l’expiration du délai d’opposition, le greffier en chef donne avis au comptable de la direction générale des finances publiques des oppositions reçues et de l’annulation des extraits correspondants.

En cas d’opposition, le greffier en chef avise sans délai le procureur de la République.
