The summons to vacate the premises takes the form of a bailiff’s deed served on the person being evicted and contains, under penalty of nullity :
1° An indication of the enforceable title under which the eviction is being pursued;
2° The designation of the court before which applications for time limits and any disputes relating to the execution of eviction operations may be brought;
3° An indication of the date from which the premises must be vacated;
4° A warning that from this date onwards the debtor and any occupants on his behalf may be forcibly evicted.
This order may be issued when the judgment is served.
