Article R411-10 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The resources of the National Institute of Industrial Property consist of:

1° The proceeds of all authorised collections in respect of industrial property, trade and craft registers and the filing of company deeds;

2° All receipts that may be collected by the Institute as remuneration for services rendered;

3° The proceeds of the sale of publications ;

4° Income from assets and the proceeds of their disposal;

5° Proceeds from any reimbursements made by international industrial property organisations in which France participates;

6° Funds from authorised loans;

7° Any other resources, in particular from gifts, bequests, donations and assistance funds.

Les ressources de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle se composent :

1° Du produit de toutes les perceptions autorisées en matière de propriété industrielle, de registres du commerce et des métiers et de dépôts des actes de sociétés ;

2° De toutes les recettes qui peuvent être perçues par l’institut en rémunération de services rendus ;

3° Du produit de la vente des publications ;

4° Du revenu des biens et du produit de leur aliénation ;

5° Du produit des remboursements éventuels effectués par des organismes internationaux de propriété industrielle auxquels la France participe ;

6° Des fonds provenant d’emprunts autorisés ;

7° De toutes autres ressources provenant notamment de dons, legs, libéralités et fonds de concours.
