Article R411-28 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The Registrar shall send to the Director General of the National Institute of Industrial Property, by simple letter, a copy of the notice of appeal.

As soon as he is notified of the appeal, the Director General of the National Institute of Industrial Property shall transmit to the Court Registry the file of the case, which shall include the written observations and exhibits transmitted by the parties and all the documents placed on file in connection with the dispute.

Le greffier adresse au directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle, par lettre simple, une copie de l’acte de recours.

Dès qu’il est avisé du recours, le directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle transmet au greffe de la cour le dossier de l’affaire qui comporte les observations écrites et les pièces transmises par les parties et tous les documents versés au dossier dans le cadre du litige.
