The defendant to a cross-appeal shall have a period of three months from the date on which he was notified of the application to intervene, failing which he shall be deemed inadmissible.

The intervener in the proceedings shall have a period of three months from the date on which he was notified of the application to intervene, failing which he shall be deemed inadmissible. A voluntary intervener shall have the same time limit, subject to the same penalty, from the date of his voluntary intervention.

Subject to the same penalty and within the same time limit, the defendant to a cross-appeal, the forced intervener and the voluntary intervener shall send their submissions, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to the Director General of the National Institute of Industrial Property, and provide proof thereof to the registry.

Le défendeur à un recours incident dispose, à peine d’irrecevabilité relevée d’office, d’un délai de trois mois à compter de la notification qui lui en est faite pour remettre ses conclusions au greffe.

L’intervenant forcé à l’instance dispose, à peine d’irrecevabilité relevée d’office, d’un délai de trois mois à compter de la date à laquelle la demande d’intervention formée à son encontre lui a été notifiée pour remettre ses conclusions au greffe. L’intervenant volontaire dispose, sous la même sanction, du même délai à compter de son intervention volontaire.

Sous la même sanction et dans le même délai, le défendeur à un recours incident, l’intervenant forcé et l’intervenant volontaire adressent leurs conclusions, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, au directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle, et en justifient auprès du greffe.
