Article R411-41 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Subject to the provisions of Articles R. 411-29, R. 411-30 and R. 411-32, the president of the chamber to which the case is distributed shall set the time limits within which the parties to the proceedings shall communicate their submissions to each other, send them to the Director General of the National Institute of Industrial Property and file a copy with the court registry.

It shall fix the date of the hearing.

The court registry shall inform the parties’ lawyers of these time limits and notify them of the date of the hearing.

It shall notify the Director General of the National Institute of Industrial Property of the date of the hearing.

Sous réserve des dispositions des articles R. 411-29, R. 411-30 et R. 411-32, le président de la chambre à laquelle l’affaire est distribuée fixe les délais dans lesquels les parties à l’instance se communiquent leurs conclusions, les adressent au directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle et en déposent copie au greffe de la cour.

Il fixe la date des débats.

Le greffe informe les avocats des parties de ces délais et les avise de la date des débats.

Il avise le directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle de la date des débats.
