Article R412-20 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Any appeal lodged against the decisions of the Plant Variety Protection Committee shall be notified within fifteen days by the Registrar of the Court of Appeal to the person in charge of the tasks falling within the remit of the National Plant Variety Office by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The judgment given by the Court of Appeal on the appeal shall be notified to the applicant and to the person in charge of the tasks falling within the remit of the National Plant Variety Office by the Registrar in the same manner.

Tout recours formé contre les décisions du comité de la protection des obtentions végétales est dénoncé dans les quinze jours par le greffier de la cour d’appel au responsable des missions relevant de l’instance nationale des obtentions végétales par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.

L’arrêt rendu par la cour d’appel sur le recours est notifié au demandeur et au responsable des missions relevant de l’instance nationale des obtentions végétales par le greffier dans les mêmes formes.
