Article R4121-1-1 of the French Labour Code

The employer shall record, in an appendix to the single document:

1° Collective data useful for assessing individual exposure to the risk factors mentioned in Article L. 4161-1 in order to facilitate the declaration referred to in this article, where appropriate on the basis of the identification of jobs, professions or work situations included in an extended collective agreement or an approved branch professional reference document referred to in article L. 4161-2;

2° The proportion of employees exposed to the occupational risk factors referred to in article L. 4161-1, above the thresholds provided for in the same article. This proportion is updated as necessary when the single document is updated.

L’employeur consigne, en annexe du document unique :


1° Les données collectives utiles à l’évaluation des expositions individuelles aux facteurs de risques mentionnés à l’article L. 4161-1 de nature à faciliter la déclaration mentionnée à cet article, le cas échéant à partir de l’identification de postes, métiers ou situations de travail figurant dans un accord collectif étendu ou un référentiel professionnel de branche homologué mentionnés à l’article L. 4161-2 ;


2° La proportion de salariés exposés aux facteurs de risques professionnels mentionnés à l’article L. 4161-1, au-delà des seuils prévus au même article. Cette proportion est actualisée en tant que de besoin lors de la mise à jour du document unique.
