Article R4126-11 of the French Public Health Code

Complaints and pleadings must, on pain of inadmissibility, be accompanied by copies in a number equal to that of the parties plus two.

Where the parties attach documents in support of their claims and pleadings, except where their number, volume or characteristics make this impossible, such documents shall be accompanied by copies in a number equal to that of the parties plus two.

The provisions of articles R. 411-4 and R. 411-5, of the second paragraph of article R. 411-6, of the first sentence of article R. 412-2 and of article R. 413-5 of the Code of Administrative Justice are applicable before the disciplinary chambers.

The provisions of article R. 411-1 of the same code are applicable before the national disciplinary chamber.

Les dispositions des articles R. 411-4 et R. 411-5, du deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 411-6, de la première phrase de l’article R. 412-2 et de l’article R. 413-5 du code de justice administrative sont applicables devant les chambres disciplinaires.


Les dispositions de l’article R. 411-1 du même code sont applicables devant la chambre disciplinaire nationale.
