The decisions of the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance and the orders of its president are notified by the court registry to the practitioner being prosecuted and, where applicable, to his lawyer, to the person who lodged the complaint, to the departmental council that forwarded the complaint or that lodged it, to the departmental council on whose roll the practitioner is registered on the date of notification, to the public prosecutor at the judicial court in whose jurisdiction the practitioner is registered on the roll, to the director general of the regional health agency, to the national council of the professional association concerned and to the minister responsible for health. They are also notified, for practitioners in one of the statutory situations mentioned in article L. 4061-3, to the armed forces health service.
If the practitioner practises in several locations, the same decisions and orders are sent to the departmental councils and departmental and regional authorities within the jurisdiction of these places of practice.
If the practitioner practices in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the decision is notified to the delegation provided for in article L. 4123-15.
