Article R4126-33 of the French Public Health Code

The decisions of the Disciplinary Chamber of First Instance and the orders of its president are notified by the court registry to the practitioner being prosecuted and, where applicable, to his lawyer, to the person who lodged the complaint, to the departmental council that forwarded the complaint or that lodged it, to the departmental council on whose roll the practitioner is registered on the date of notification, to the public prosecutor at the judicial court in whose jurisdiction the practitioner is registered on the roll, to the director general of the regional health agency, to the national council of the professional association concerned and to the minister responsible for health. They are also notified, for practitioners in one of the statutory situations mentioned in article L. 4061-3, to the armed forces health service.

If the practitioner practises in several locations, the same decisions and orders are sent to the departmental councils and departmental and regional authorities within the jurisdiction of these places of practice.

If the practitioner practices in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the decision is notified to the delegation provided for in article L. 4123-15.

Article R4126-33

Les décisions de la chambre disciplinaire de première instance et les ordonnances de son président sont notifiées par le greffe au praticien poursuivi et le cas échéant à son avocat, à l’auteur de la plainte, au conseil départemental qui a transmis la plainte ou qui l’a formée, au conseil départemental au tableau duquel le praticien est inscrit à la date de la notification, au procureur de la République près le tribunal judiciaire dans le ressort duquel le praticien est inscrit au tableau, au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, au conseil national de l’ordre intéressé et au ministre chargé de la santé. Elles sont également notifiées, pour les praticiens relevant de l’une des situations statutaires mentionnées à l’article L. 4061-3, au service de santé des armées.

Si le praticien exerce en plusieurs lieux, les mêmes décisions et ordonnances sont communiquées aux conseils départementaux et autorités départementales et régionales dans le ressort de ces lieux d’exercice.

Si le praticien exerce à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, la décision est notifiée à la délégation prévue à l’article L. 4123-15.
