Article R4126-40 of the French Public Health Code

The decisions of the Disciplinary Chamber of first instance and the orders of its president become final on the day following the expiry of the time limit for appeal if no appeal is lodged.

Where an appeal is lodged, the decision of the disciplinary chamber of first instance becomes final on the date of notification to the practitioner of the decision of the national disciplinary chamber or the order of its president rejecting the appeal.

Les décisions de la chambre disciplinaire de première instance et les ordonnances de son président deviennent définitives le lendemain de l’expiration du délai d’appel si aucun appel n’est formé.

Lorsqu’un appel est formé, la décision de la chambre disciplinaire de première instance devient définitive à la date de notification au praticien de la décision de la chambre disciplinaire nationale ou de l’ordonnance de son président rejetant l’appel.
