Article R4126-49 of the French Public Health Code

Where the decision of the National Disciplinary Chamber is subject to opposition, the notification sent to the practitioner concerned shall state that the opposition may be lodged within a period of five days, under the conditions laid down in article L. 4126-4.

Unless otherwise provided for in this sub-section, the lodging of an objection follows the rules relating to the lodging of an appeal. The provisions of sections 4 to 6 of this chapter shall also apply.

Lorsque la décision de la chambre disciplinaire nationale est susceptible d’opposition, la notification adressée au praticien mis en cause mentionne que l’opposition peut être formée dans un délai de cinq jours, dans les conditions fixées par l’article L. 4126-4.

Sauf dispositions contraires prévues par la présente sous-section, l’introduction de l’opposition suit les règles relatives à l’introduction de l’instance d’appel. Sont de même applicables les dispositions des sections 4 à 6 du présent chapitre.
