Article R4127-1 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of this Code of Deontology apply to doctors registered with the ordre, to any doctor performing a professional act under the conditions provided for in article L. 4112-7 or by an international agreement, as well as to medical students performing a replacement or assisting a doctor in the case provided for in article R. 4127-88.

In accordance with article L. 4122-1, the Ordre des Médecins is responsible for ensuring compliance with these provisions.

Infringements of these provisions are subject to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Association.

Article R4127-1

Les dispositions du présent code de déontologie s’imposent aux médecins inscrits au tableau de l’ordre, à tout médecin exécutant un acte professionnel dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4112-7 ou par une convention internationale, ainsi qu’aux étudiants en médecine effectuant un remplacement ou assistant un médecin dans le cas prévu à l’article R. 4127-88.

Conformément à l’article L. 4122-1, l’ordre des médecins est chargé de veiller au respect de ces dispositions.

Les infractions à ces dispositions relèvent de la juridiction disciplinaire de l’ordre.
