The doctor in charge of the examination is bound to secrecy towards the administration or body that calls upon his services. He may and must only provide his conclusions from an administrative point of view, without indicating the medical reasons for them.

Nominative or indirectly nominative medical information contained in the files drawn up by this doctor may not be communicated to persons outside the medical service or to any other body.
