Article R4127-108 of the French Public Health Code

In drafting his report, the medical expert must only reveal information that is likely to provide an answer to the questions asked. Outside these limits, he must not reveal anything that he may have learnt in the course of this expertise.

He must certify that he has carried out his mission personally.
