Article R4127-14 of the French Public Health Code

Physicians must not divulge in medical circles a new diagnostic or treatment procedure that has not been sufficiently tested without accompanying their communication with the appropriate reservations. They must not make such a disclosure to the non-medical public.

Les médecins ne doivent pas divulguer dans les milieux médicaux un procédé nouveau de diagnostic ou de traitement insuffisamment éprouvé sans accompagner leur communication des réserves qui s’imposent. Ils ne doivent pas faire une telle divulgation dans le public non médical.
