Article R4127-201 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of this code of ethics apply to all dental surgeons registered on the roll of the Association, to all dental surgeons performing a professional act under the conditions provided for in article L. 4112-7 or by an international agreement, whatever the form in which the profession is practised. They also apply to the dental surgery students mentioned in article L. 4141-4. Infringements of these provisions are subject to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Association.

Les dispositions du présent code de déontologie s’imposent à tout chirurgien-dentiste inscrit au tableau de l’ordre, à tout chirurgien-dentiste exécutant un acte professionnel dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4112-7 ou par une convention internationale, quelle que soit la forme d’exercice de la profession. Elles s’appliquent également aux étudiants en chirurgie dentaire mentionnés à l’article L. 4141-4. Les infractions à ces dispositions relèvent de la juridiction disciplinaire de l’ordre.
