Article R4127-217 of the French Public Health Code

I. – Dental surgeons are authorised to include the following in directories for public use, regardless of the medium:

1° His surname, first names, professional address, how to contact him, days and times of consultation ;

2° His status with regard to health insurance organisations;

3° The speciality in respect of which he is registered on the roll or the qualification awarded to him in accordance with the qualification regulations;

4° His titles, diplomas and functions recognised by the Conseil national de l’ordre and his honorary distinctions recognised by the French Republic.

It may also include other information useful for public information, taking into account the recommendations issued in this regard by the Conseil national de l’ordre.

II. – It is forbidden for a dental surgeon to obtain, in return for payment or by any other means, a digital listing giving priority to information concerning him or her in the results of a search carried out on the Internet.

I. – Le chirurgien-dentiste est autorisé à faire figurer dans les annuaires à usage du public, quel qu’en soit le support :

1° Ses nom, prénoms, adresse professionnelle, les modalités pour le joindre, les jours et heures de consultation ;

2° Sa situation vis-à-vis des organismes d’assurance maladie ;

3° La spécialité au titre de laquelle il est inscrit au tableau ou la qualification qui lui a été reconnue conformément au règlement de qualification ;

4° Ses titres, diplômes et fonctions reconnus par le conseil national de l’ordre et ses distinctions honorifiques reconnues par la République française.

Il peut également mentionner d’autres informations utiles à l’information du public en tenant compte des recommandations émises en la matière par le conseil national de l’ordre.

II. – Il est interdit au chirurgien-dentiste d’obtenir contre paiement ou par tout autre moyen un référencement numérique faisant apparaître de manière prioritaire l’information le concernant dans les résultats d’une recherche effectuée sur l’internet.
