Each practitioner must charge his or her own personal fees.

The acceptance, solicitation or offer of a fee-splitting arrangement, even if unfulfilled, constitutes serious professional misconduct.

The distribution of dividends between members of a partnership does not constitute prohibited fee-splitting.

Tout partage d’honoraires, entre chirurgiens-dentistes et praticiens à quelque discipline médicale qu’ils appartiennent est formellement interdit.

Chaque praticien doit demander ses honoraires personnels.

L’acceptation, la sollicitation ou l’offre d’un partage d’honoraires, même non suivi d’effet, constitue une faute professionnelle grave.

La distribution des dividendes entre les membres d’une société d’exercice ne constitue par un partage d’honoraires prohibé.
