Article R4127-248 of the French Public Health Code

Dental surgeons are obliged to inform the Conseil national de l’ordre, via the Conseil départemental, of any contracts entered into between them and a public administration or an administrative body. Any observations that the National Council may have to make are sent by it to the Minister responsible for the administration concerned.

Les chirurgiens-dentistes sont tenus de communiquer au Conseil national de l’ordre par l’intermédiaire du conseil départemental les contrats intervenus entre eux et une administration publique ou une collectivité administrative. Les observations que le conseil national aurait à formuler sont adressées par lui au ministre dont dépend l’administration intéressée.
