Article R4127-276 of the French Public Health Code

The dental surgeon must practise his profession personally in his main practice and, where applicable, at all practice sites authorised in application of the provisions of article R. 4127-270.

A dental surgeon practising on his own may enlist the assistance of either a single student under the conditions provided for in article L. 4141-4, or a single collaborating dental surgeon. The partnership may be salaried or self-employed under the conditions laid down by article 18 of law no. 2005-882 of 2 August 2005 in favour of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Practice partnerships registered with the Association may engage the services of a practitioner or a student under the same conditions.

Le chirurgien-dentiste doit exercer personnellement sa profession dans son cabinet principal et, le cas échéant, sur tous les sites d’exercice autorisés en application des dispositions de l’article R. 4127-270.

Le chirurgien-dentiste qui exerce à titre individuel peut s’attacher le concours soit d’un seul étudiant dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4141-4, soit d’un seul chirurgien-dentiste collaborateur. La collaboration peut être salariée ou libérale dans les conditions prévues par l’article 18 de la loi n° 2005-882 du 2 août 2005 en faveur des petites et moyennes entreprises.

Les sociétés d’exercice, inscrites au tableau de l’ordre, peuvent s’attacher le concours d’un praticien ou d’un étudiant dans les mêmes conditions.
