The dental surgeon or the practice partnership which ceases all activity is obliged to inform the departmental council. The latter will record its decision and inform the national council. The dental surgeon or the company is removed from the roll unless he/she expressly requests to remain on it.

The dental surgeon or the practice partnership which modifies its conditions of practice is obliged to inform the departmental council. The latter takes note of these changes and informs the national council.

Le chirurgien-dentiste ou la société d’exercice qui cesse toute activité est tenu d’en avertir le conseil départemental. Celui-ci donne acte de sa décision et en informe le conseil national. Le chirurgien-dentiste ou la société est retiré du tableau sauf demande expresse d’y être maintenu.

Le chirurgien-dentiste ou la société d’exercice qui modifie ses conditions d’exercice est tenu d’en avertir le conseil départemental. Celui-ci prend acte de ces modifications et en informe le conseil national.
