Article R4127-281 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of death, at the request of the heirs, the Conseil national de l’ordre may authorise a practitioner to operate the dental practice, for a period which it shall determine in the light of specific situations.

The provisions of article R. 4127-277 will apply.

Article R4127-281

En cas de décès, à la demande des héritiers, le Conseil national de l’ordre peut autoriser un praticien à assurer le fonctionnement du cabinet dentaire, pour une durée qu’il détermine compte tenu des situations particulières.

Les dispositions prévues à l’article R. 4127-277 seront applicables.
