Article R4127-364 of the French Public Health Code

Any midwife registered on a roll of the Association who carries out midwifery activities in another Member State of the European Community must declare this to the departmental council on whose roll she is registered.

Toute sage-femme inscrite à un tableau de l’ordre qui exerce des activités de sage-femme dans un autre Etat membre de la Communauté européenne est tenue d’en faire la déclaration au conseil départemental au tableau duquel elle est inscrite.
