All midwives, when they are entered on the roll, must affirm before the Conseil Départemental de l’Ordre that they are aware of this Code of Ethics and undertake, under oath and in writing, to comply with it.

Toute sage-femme, lors de son inscription au tableau, doit affirmer devant le conseil départemental de l’ordre qu’elle a eu connaissance du présent code de déontologie et s’engager sous serment et par écrit à le respecter.
