Article R4127-7 of the French Public Health Code

Doctors must listen to, examine, advise and treat all persons with the same conscience, whatever their origin, morals and family situation, their membership or non-membership of a particular ethnic group, nation or religion, their disability or state of health, their reputation or any feelings they may have towards them.

Le médecin doit écouter, examiner, conseiller ou soigner avec la même conscience toutes les personnes quels que soient leur origine, leurs moeurs et leur situation de famille, leur appartenance ou leur non-appartenance à une ethnie, une nation ou une religion déterminée, leur handicap ou leur état de santé, leur réputation ou les sentiments qu’il peut éprouver à leur égard.

Il doit leur apporter son concours en toutes circonstances.

Il ne doit jamais se départir d’une attitude correcte et attentive envers la personne examinée.
