Article R413-14 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Within three months of the end of the prescribed training, the Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration (French Office for Immigration and Integration) will invite the foreign national to an interview at the end of the contract, during which the training will be assessed. During this interview, the foreign national seeking employment is directed by the Office, depending on his or her situation and needs, to an organisation involved in the public employment service to benefit from an in-depth career guidance interview and then the appropriate support mentioned in 3° of article L. 413-3.
During this interview, foreign nationals who do not wish to receive vocational guidance, or the support designed to promote their integration into the labour market that complements it, express their request for exemption.

Article R413-14
