Article R4131-17 of the French Public Health Code

A member who is excluded from the cooperative under the conditions set out in article R. 4131-16 or who withdraws from the cooperative is only entitled to the reimbursement of his contribution.

If there are losses, the reimbursement is made only after deduction of the share of the member in the losses recorded by the inventory that preceded the retirement or exclusion.

L’associé qui est exclu de la coopérative dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 4131-16 ou qui s’en retire n’a droit qu’au remboursement de son apport.

S’il y a des pertes, le remboursement n’a lieu que sous déduction de la quote-part de l’associé dans les pertes constatées par l’inventaire ayant précédé la retraite ou l’exclusion.
