Article R4131-23 of the French Public Health Code

Each year, the Members’ Meeting sets the amount of the fees that each member is required to pay to the cooperative to enable it to cover its costs and expenses, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Articles of Association. The fee is calculated on the basis of the services rendered by the company to each member.

L’assemblée des associés fixe chaque année, dans les conditions et selon les modalités déterminées par les statuts, le montant des redevances que chaque associé est tenu de verser à la coopérative afin de permettre à celle-ci de couvrir ses frais et charges. La redevance est calculée en fonction des services rendus par la société à chaque associé.
