Article R4132-4 of the French Public Health Code

Notwithstanding the provisions of article R. 4124-4, the disciplinary chamber of first instance of La Réunion-Mayotte comprises, in addition to the president, three full members and three alternate members registered on the roll of the departmental council of the medical association of La Réunion, and one full member and one alternate member registered on the roll of the departmental council of the medical association of Mayotte, elected by the members of the inter-regional council of the medical association of La Réunion-Mayotte.

These members are elected for a six-year term, half of which is renewable every three years.

The Chamber sits as a panel of at least three members.

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article R. 4124-4, la chambre disciplinaire de première instance de La Réunion-Mayotte comprend, outre le président, trois membres titulaires et trois membres suppléants inscrits au tableau du conseil départemental de l’ordre de La Réunion, et un membre titulaire et un membre suppléant inscrits au tableau du conseil départemental de l’ordre de Mayotte, élus par les membres du conseil interrégional de l’ordre des médecins de La Réunion-Mayotte.

Ces membres sont élus pour six ans, renouvelables par moitié tous les trois ans.

La chambre siège en formation d’au moins trois membres.
