Article R4143-2 of the French Labour Code

At the time of the annual consultation on vocational training provided for in article L. 2323-33, the employer informs the Social and Economic Committee of the safety training carried out during the past year, showing the amount of the sums deducted from the contribution to the development of continuing vocational training, in accordance with the second paragraph of article L. 4141-4.
In companies with more than three hundred employees, a detailed report is submitted to the committee, together with a programme of safety training initiatives proposed for the coming year for new recruits, workers changing jobs or techniques and temporary employees.

Lors de la consultation annuelle sur la formation professionnelle prévue à l’article L. 2323-33, l’employeur informe le comité social et économique des formations à la sécurité menées au cours de l’année écoulée en faisant ressortir le montant des sommes imputées sur la participation au développement de la formation professionnelle continue, conformément au second alinéa de l’article L. 4141-4.
Dans les entreprises de plus de trois cents salariés, un rapport détaillé est remis au comité, ainsi qu’un programme des actions de formation à la sécurité proposées pour l’année à venir au bénéfice des nouveaux embauchés, des travailleurs changeant de poste ou de technique et des salariés temporaires.
