Article R4152-17 of the French Labour Code

The breastfeeding room has a ceiling height of at least three metres. It must have a surface area of at least three square metres per child.
A single room may not contain more than twelve cots. However, if the number of children exceeds this maximum, the Regional Director for Business, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment may temporarily authorise the maximum number of cots to be exceeded.
When there are several rooms, they are served by a vestibule.

Le local dédié à l’allaitement a une hauteur de trois mètres au moins sous plafond. Il a au moins, par enfant, une superficie de trois mètres carrés.
Un même local ne peut pas contenir plus de douze berceaux. Toutefois, lorsque le nombre des enfants vient à dépasser ce maximum, le directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi peut en autoriser provisoirement le dépassement.
Lorsqu’il y a plusieurs salles, celles-ci sont desservies par un vestibule.
