It may also collect any relevant information from the employee or employer or carry out or arrange for an on-site check to verify the extent of the employee’s exposure.

L’organisme peut, s’il l’estime nécessaire, demander au salarié et à l’employeur de lui fournir tout document utile à l’instruction du dossier.

Il peut également recueillir toutes informations utiles auprès du salarié ou de l’employeur ou procéder ou faire procéder à un contrôle sur place de l’effectivité de l’exposition du salarié ou de son ampleur.
