Article R422-17 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The following may be contributed to a société civile professionnelle, in ownership or in enjoyment:

1° All intangible, movable or immovable rights, in particular, if applicable, the right for a partner to present the company as successor to his clientele;

2° All documents and archives, and, in general, all movable objects for professional use;

3° Immovable property or premises useful for the practice of the profession;

4° All sums in cash.

Industrial contributions from members who, by virtue of section 10 of the law of 29 November 1966, do not contribute to the formation of capital may give rise to the allocation of interest shares.

Article R422-17

Peuvent faire l’objet d’apports à une société civile professionnelle, en propriété ou en jouissance :

1° Tous droits incorporels, mobiliers ou immobiliers, notamment, s’il y a lieu, le droit pour un associé de présenter la société comme successeur à sa clientèle ;

2° Tous documents et archives, et, d’une manière générale, tous objets mobiliers à usage professionnel ;

3° Les immeubles ou locaux utiles à l’exercice de la profession ;

4° Toutes sommes en numéraire.

Les apports en industrie des associés qui, en vertu de l’article 10 de la loi du 29 novembre 1966, ne concourent pas à la formation du capital peuvent donner lieu à l’attribution de parts d’intérêts.
