Article R422-21 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Decisions that exceed the powers of the managing partners are taken by the members at a general meeting.

The general meeting is convened at least once a year. It is also convened at the request of at least half of the members, the request having to indicate the agenda.

The procedures for convening the meeting are laid down in the Articles of Association.

Les décisions qui excèdent les pouvoirs des gérants sont prises par les associés réunis en assemblée.

L’assemblée est réunie au moins une fois par an. Elle est également réunie sur la demande d’au moins la moitié des associés, la demande devant indiquer l’ordre du jour.

Les modalités de convocation de l’assemblée sont fixées par les statuts.
