Article R422-40 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The early dissolution of the company may only be decided by at least three quarters of the members.

The provisions of articles 8 to 16 of decree n° 78-704 of 3 July 1978 are applicable.

A copy of the deed appointing the liquidator shall be sent by the liquidator to the Director General of the Institut national de la propriété industrielle and to the President of the compagnie des conseils en propriété industrielle. The liquidator shall inform them of the closure of the liquidation.

La dissolution anticipée de la société ne peut être décidée que par les trois quarts au moins des associés.

Les dispositions des articles 8 à 16 du décret n° 78-704 du 3 juillet 1978 sont applicables.

Un exemplaire de l’acte de nomination du liquidateur est adressé par ce dernier au directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle et au président de la compagnie des conseils en propriété industrielle. Le liquidateur les informe de la clôture de la liquidation.
