Article R422-51-18 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The information provided for in articles 9 and 18 of the aforementioned Decree No. 2017-794 of 5 May 2017 shall be sent to the Director General of the Institut national de la propriété industrielle and to the President of the Compagnie des conseils en propriété industrielle.

Decisions taken by the Director General of the Institut national de la propriété industrielle against a company, pursuant to Section 6 of Chapter 1 of the same Decree, are communicated to the President of the Compagnie des conseils en propriété industrielle.

L’information prévue aux articles 9 et 18 du décret n° 2017-794 du 5 mai 2017 précité est transmise au directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle et au président de la Compagnie des conseils en propriété industrielle.

Les décisions prises par le directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle à l’encontre d’une société, en application de la section 6 du chapitre 1er du même décret sont communiquées au président de la Compagnie des conseils en propriété industrielle.
